Start by putting some extra virgin olive oil in a pot, once the oil is hot throw in some minced garlic

Then take your steaks, of any kind, mine were moose.. & put them in the pan.
You'll want to put them in the hot pan until the steaks are browned
** A helpful hint, if you're moose steaks (or whatever animal they came from) are thawed, before you put them in, slice them into thick slices. I had to pull my steaks out after I put them in, because I forgot...**
Once they're browned, throw in a can of tomato sauce, & 2 cans of minced tomatoes...or more depending on how much tomatoes you like. The tomato's acidity will cut and tenderize the game taste of the meat..
Then put it on low heat for about an hour-hour and a half.
Once its ready, turn the heat off...
While the meat is cooking, make some steamed rice, once it's finished, top the rice with your tomato-moose.
& Enjoy!
